This bumps all of lemon-reset's devDependencies to latest, except for eslint (we're not ready to do this yet internally, because it's incompatible with some older versions of nodejs).
The most notable change is from Babel 6 -> Babel 7. Everything seems to work, and everything in the test suite is passing :)
