The Shortener redirecting bad to go

The file /examples/shortener/layout-each-item.php redirect incorrectly to /go:

$shortened_link = $ACTUAL_LINK.'go/'.$table_id;

When it should be:

$shortened_link = $ACTUAL_LINK.'go/?url='.$table_id;

Or rather, make it skip url, since it is a shorner, and that is go/?jJAHYiG with ? sign.

$shortened_link = $ACTUAL_LINK.'go/?'.$table_id;

In the go file I would be like this:

$id = $_SERVER["QUERY_STRING"];
