Text in Rooms

Adds the ability to place static text within a room, similar to how text within sequences work.

Will there be a function or some way to change the text at runtime? It would be pretty limited use if you can't.

@Garrett-hale I imagine the in-room text would work similarly to other room items, i.e. you would have functions to find specific text instances and to manipulate them, just like you can edit in-room sprites.

Note: This is no official statement from YYG employee, I'm just saying what seems most likely given the existing feature set.
