Improvement to the interface being visible to provide better screen real-estate for development-time inspects and Mobile view.

• Added: Default OFF for the EmailTool click button to:

1. Turn EmailTool ON.
2. Click again to force refresh browser back to default OFF.

• Added: body is pushed down on mobile Media Query based on the EmailTool Navbar being active only.

• Added: New CSS added to control the above improvements.

• Updated: Gone back to full-width Navbar on mobile. As the tool is now default OFF.
