It builds successfully locally even if the csproj is outdated. Build fails here because using dotnet build on legacy .NET Framework project. Merging with build failure. Another PR to port it to ASP.NET Core will be coming. |

The missing build of the website project caused merging bad changes from the dependabot. (See dependabot/dependabot-core#1422)
