This prints out the nullok parameter in debug mode, which was introduced previously.
The nullok parameter was documented in the README, but not in the manpage. This adds the section from the README file.

This adds missing documentation of the nullok parameter to the man page and makes sure the parameter is printed out in debug mode, which has been forgotten previously.
