As @zamentur said on the forum : "you can put it in public mode or configure manually a persistent unprotected urls on ssowat on the precise API endpoint."

Not sure about the unprotected urls on ssowat...
For the public mode, you can add the app in the specific guest group in the admin section (https:/my.site/yunohost/admin/#/groups).
