Add folders in modules list

Approved - good idea. Instance can have "folder" field (or empty if not in folder). Folder list should be stored in the same place as instances. Just an ordered list.

Make folders collapsable. Allow drag & drop to change order of folders and move instanes between folders.

These folders are used ONLY here and should never appear outside.

Also in the same "todo": add duplicate instace button to make a copy of current instance with all params and add "Copy "+oldTitle to the title
