Things I modified

Exception window won't popup when you move the output window.
Allow using one file in many channels.
Waveform will no longer be inverted in rendering.
No longer using mkvmerge.exe to merge master audio, uses AVI container, making master audio file limited to WAV format.

This SidWiz2 branch will not be supported.
I will accept pull request if you are interested in contributing to this SidWiz2 branch.
