debloated docker image significantly and added response regeneration [unstable] #438

  • previous docker image was using 3.10-bullseye and resulting docker image size was 2.74GB
  • this Dockerfile, which uses the python3.10-slim image, only uses 289MB by comparison (and takes way less time to build)
  • also removed lots of the dependencies being installed that are unnecessary (i think)
  • the alpine image would probably be even smaller but I could get the cffi package to work with that dependency wise...
