'Fixed' plugin randomly downloading all files from webkit

By fixed I mean I just completely disabled this feature because I personally don't use it.

Fixed annoying edge-case bug

Sometimes for no reason the plugin would dump all the project files into the root-folder of the project.

This has been fixed.

v1.2: Updated server.js to exclude some unwanted 'cs' files

Updated some cs files exclusions and added a probably unnecessary control panel to index.html

Fixed exe not launching

While trying to change the exe's icon to something more appropiate the exe stopped working.
For now we are stuck with the weird looking Node.JS icon.
