这样对所有不使用中文版 visual studio 的开发者会友好很多。

我所使用的就是英文版的Visual Studio 2015社区版，似乎没有遇到字符集问题。
当然我也支持统一源文件字符集为utf-8。

我的描述不太准确，应该是 非 Unicode 程序的语言 不是设置为中文的可能会出问题。

然而要做国际化务必要上gettext

而且引入gettext之后就可以很方便地处理本地化和进行国际化的翻译
翻译文件外挂了

但是VS的设置是Unicode 字符集，并不能指定为utf8 编码，而且VS2015 本身能把源码存为utf8格式吗？默认不是GBK编码保存文件的吗？
