As I'm going to throw in quite some photos, I'm adding a new issue for the DC-DC board so that everybody who opens #12 doesn't have to load all the photos.

DC-DC PCB width
DC-DC PCB width

The inductor on the DC-DC has to be modelled, since it's a big part that interferes with other components. It would also be very helpful to actually see the 8-pin IC on the breakout - in case it could interfere with anything else, this is pretty much the second largest component.The IC is in SOIC-8 package and its model can be found in KiCad 3D model collection (for example, the same model is used for RTC IC on the bottom of the back board).
Height of the inductor
Height of the inductor from board surface to inductor top - 2.1mm
Inductor width and height
Inductor is a square, 6.5x6.5mm
Distance from board edge to inductor
Distance from board edge to inductor. In another dimension, the inductor is pretty much centered on the board, I think it's safe to assume it is.
