Additional entries in transaction form

As a user, I would like to be able to enter transactions with more than 2 entries.

Acceptance

• Pressing Tab while focused on the "amount" field of the last entry should:
  • Add a new entry to the end of the form if the amount field has content
  • Focus on the submit button if the amount field has no content
