ErrorUtils: Make localeString optional

Description

Before, Zeus didn't display the error screen when there was no localeString. For example in case the CLN macaroon was not correct, instead of an error the wallet screen was displayed in a buggy state (no balance, channels, or any data).

I tried to recreate it by removing a localeString, and I didn't get any error there, but the space was empty in place of that string.
Is that something related to what we are trying to solve here? Would you please add a screenshot of the bug and how the PR solves it.
