Add await-thenable eslint rule

Description

This adds await-thenable eslint rule. This requires an eslint parser and therefore, all to be linted files need to be included in tsconfig.json. But I'm not sure if really all .ts and .tsx files can be included. Therefore this PR is a draft.

Updated eslint packages by the way.

Fixed the conflicts and also removed one unnecessary await. I think this can go into the next beta.
