ZEUS-2028: Embedded LND: Neutrino peers: display all default peers

Relates to issue: ZEUS-2028

Currently we hard code our default neutrino nodes and let users add additional nodes to connect to.

Let's change the behavior, display all the active peers on the Neutrino peers list, and allow users to reset to the defaults in case they delete them.
