How the Consumer Selection should look like, and how it should be sorted.

So I would propose an two tap approach, on the first screen we have an selection of 6 groups, with an nice name or so, and then when you click one, we have 6 names.

So it's basically an tree.

This way we could accommodate 36 users, or if we need more, we can add an intermediate node.

@feliciaan I really don't see why a tree is necessary. Why don't we just create 2 lists, one sorted by username and one sorted by usage? That way, users can always find themselves and grootgebruikers don't have to search for their name.
