This folder contains code for running Pacwar. There are three subfolders.

C: a simulator for you to manually design genes. Only for MacOS

windows: a pre-built EXE for windows that you can use to manually design genes. Only for Windows

python: code for integrating your Python gene searching algorithm with  C code for running duels between genes. For both Windows and Macs.
