After introducing
vcpkgto the build system we get some noise from git because it doesn't know what to do withvcpkgbuild files in the cryptoutils and schnorr submodules.I've added the relevant files to the
.gitignorefiles of the submodule repositories. The.gitignorefiles have now been merged in those repos, and this PR updates the scilla clones of those submodules accordingly.
