Important note: SE chat doesn't take user info from the parent site, but from StackExchange. That means that we'll get the wrong user ids from the parent site's perspective.

The impact here is that when you're trying to use /stat, it'll only work if you supply a user id. If you give it a username or no arguments, it'll display the wrong results.
