I have the same problem, few months back we had this same issue, please fix it <3 players cant make new residences.

same problem here. The problem start from version 5.1.5.0 , 5.1.4.3 does not have problem.

seems like zrips forgot to push the latest commit to github
The src/plugin.yml is still showing version 5.1.4.3. It would be harder for us to find which commit caused this problem

Downgrading to 5.1.4.3 works!

But that's not a fix/patch, just a temporary measurement for server owners.
