I can do the Pypi releases in a first time. If I become too much of a bottleneck I can give you pypi release rights on that library. |

What about an automated release process based on GIT tags like this, migrating the CI to GH Actions? The upload to PyPI there is fully automated using a PIP token. This would also solve the lacking of a proper changelog. I offer myself to do the migration. |

Yes, I would like. Have you considered creating an organization under which to keep gizeh and moviepy? This would facilitate long-term maintenance. |
top/bottom v_align were transposed - so i've swapped them over to resolve this issue
