明显处于超级块中的标题块折叠后会有一个前置空行
ps: ⭿符号被我去掉了，但依然有这个空行，二者没关系

期待的结果 Expected result

期待结果就是超级块中的标题折叠能像非超级块中的标题块一样，消除那个空行
