I try same ways, but i dont find nothing to do that, so i put two VoxelLodTerrain, one side other. That it's gonna perfect, if possible to merge that two Terrain( side Heigth, spread side mesh). Have another way to do that?

If you mean different textures, there is no way to do that without procedural shaders at the moment (triplanar with different textures on the side, blending using height and maybe some 2D splatmaps). And like many terrain systems running on a forward renderer like Godot, only one material can be used (but that material can have a shader with multiple textures). Even when that support is added it will be encouraged to use procedural techniques because storing materials in voxel data can take much more space than with simpler 2D splatmap approaches.
