I get the same error as CI does:

$ docker run -ti rust:1.77.1-alpine3.19 bash
Unable to find image 'rust:1.77.1-alpine3.19' locally
docker: Error response from daemon: manifest for rust:1.77.1-alpine3.19 not found: manifest unknown: manifest unknown.
See 'docker run --help'.

So this image may not be published yet, or correctly, or something like that.

Yup. I did the rust side PR and rust folks do the docker PR, which they did, and there is then a delay even when this page shows it done: https://hub.docker.com/_/rust
