Option to retain negative strand.

The option has been added to retain negative strand reads for cDNA data (instead of direct RNA). Only + strand reads were benchmarked for direct RNA data. No cDNA data has been benchmarked against other quantification programs. To disable the discarding of negative strand reads add the parameter -n when running NanoCount.
