Publish also for VSCodium

First off, love the theme and have been using it everyday for a while now – thank you! :)

VSCodium (the privacy-respecting fork of VScode) has its own open extensions library (https://open-vsx.org/). Publishing this there would allow people who use VSCodium to use this excellent theme.

I’m going to add it to the automatic publish extensions repository (https://github.com/open-vsx/publish-extensions) and issue a pull request so it should be published there shortly.

I’ll close this issue once it’s also published there.
