I feel like your article is somewhat repetitive to the current ALT text article. Indeed your alt="Home Page" and alt="" examples are already covered. I'm personally not seeing the value in having 2 ALT articles. Do you think the current ALT article should be more clear?

yeah I agree. Two alt attribute articles is redundant. Would be best to go to the original and amend where required.
