The methods eth_getTransactionByBlockHashAndIndex and eth_getTransactionByHash are missing in RPC.md hence showing that helios supports 19 eth_ endpoints when it actually supports 21.

We could even say that it supports 22 considering the net_version endpoint. should this endpoint be added to RPC.md too?
