A2BackgroundTableView is a UITableView subclass that allows a scrolling and tiled background image to be displayed behind grouped cells.
Use A2BackgroundTableView where you would otherwise use a UITableView. Use the -initWithBackgroundImage: or -initWithFrame:backgroundImage: methods to initialize the table view or -setBackgroundImage: to set the background image.
