Pipeline, Chelsea Area Fire Authority FOIA, Lyndon Twp pipeline explosion [due August 26 2016] #161
Comments
FOIA written to Lyndon, they said they didn't have info but that the meeting was organized by CAFA. They forwarded the request to CAFA but it is not at all clear whether that message was actually a FOIA, and no response as of July 7 from the June 30 message. |
Contacted Jim Payeur via provided email address, asked for copy of incident report. Charles Crews also named as a person with information. |

Date: Thu, 18 Aug 2016 20:00:45 -0400 Please find enclosed a FOIA request for the pipeline fire incident report. Let me know if there will be any fees for this request. It is my thanks again Ed |
Kim Payeur is CAFA FOIA coordinator, this request was sent to her. I don't know if there will be fees. |
No response recieved, so I just appealed. Appeal sent to Jim Payeur, Kim Payeur, and board chair Tom Osborne. |
Talked to Tom Osborne, who promised to see to the question of the delayed FOIA request next week (Kim Payeur works Tues through Thurs). |
I have a $8 check going to CAFA, and they will scan and mail the report when they get it. Progress! |
FOIA received, closing. |
FOIA received, but where is it published? Reopen to really complete this task. |
#122 is the main issue; this is for the FOIA to CAFA.
