#122 is the main issue; this is for the FOIA to CAFA.

  • write foia request
  • figure out who to send it to, and in what format
  • send foia
  • wait until August 26, 2016
  • pay fees up to $10
  • publish report to a2docs
  • no response to FOIA
  • send appeal
  • contact board chair Tom Osborne via email, telephone
  • await response to appeal

FOIA written to Lyndon, they said they didn't have info but that the meeting was organized by CAFA. They forwarded the request to CAFA but it is not at all clear whether that message was actually a FOIA, and no response as of July 7 from the June 30 message.

Please find enclosed a FOIA request for the pipeline fire incident report.

Let me know if there will be any fees for this request. It is my
understanding that this report was presented at a public meeting in Lyndon Township
following the fire.

thanks again

Ed

Kim Payeur is CAFA FOIA coordinator, this request was sent to her. I don't know if there will be fees.

I have a $8 check going to CAFA, and they will scan and mail the report when they get it. Progress!
