Constant Contact integration with SilverStripe

1. Use CMS > Settings to authorize Constant Contact
2. Select Constant Contact List to Subscribe at CMS > Settings
3. Use A2nt\ConstantContact\Controller::Subscribe() to add a contact to the selected list somewhere at your SilverStripe form
