Need a 3.6.2pre tag for http://cdnjs.com/ to release 3.6.2.

For a html5shiv 3.6.2 final we only have to discuss, how we manage main {display: block} detection (see #87). If this isn't solved in next 1-2 days, I will give you an extra tag, otherwise you get the true final 3.6.2 version tag :-)
