Introduction

This function is an alternative to the batch feature extraction method used in PyRadiomic's documentation.

Requirements

• params.yaml IBSI parameter file (unless you'd like to use a custom parameter set)

Usage

1. Set the input and mask images path
2. Run the file to extract a feature array

Results

A sample feature correlation heatmap would be generated based on the array:
