Update OpenLiteSpeed to the latest version

At the time of this writing the version of OpenLitespeed is 1.6.20,
and currently they are in the version V1.7.9.
It includes http3 improvements, and many other improvements

Will it be possible to update in the near future?

If you want to go there, mariadb and nginx are outdated too. I'd use nginx for http3 though. 😉

You can manually install updates using below commands. I did it and tested on centos 8.
CentOS: yum install openlitespeed
Ubuntu: apt-get insall openlitespeed
