This repository contains the codes for the method introduced in Estimation of dynamic SNP-heritability with Bayesian Gaussian process models (Arttu Arjas, Andreas Hauptmann and Mikko J. Sillanpää). The file jointdynher.cpp contains the C++ code and instructions_jointdynher.R contains commented instructions on how to run the code in R.
