What is your feature request?

Currently Get-EvergreenApp winmerge returns version 2.16.16, The latest version is 2.16.22 (https://winmerge.org/downloads/?lang=en). It appears the version on sourceforge is not updated anymore. The latest version is on Github, so change to Get-GitHubRelease -Uri https://api.github.com/repos/winmerge/winmerge/releases/latest should solve the issue.

Yes, I've updated Evergreen and tested against the current version.
