Get-FoxitReader returns languages automatically from the initial download URL that includes additional languages to those found at https://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf-reader/.

This includes Portugese, Korean, Elex, Turkish - the versions returned for these languages are out of date and should be removed from the function output. This will require hard-coding languages in the FoxitReader.json manifest.
