When authorizing an app that has requested one or more scopes, each scope should have a checkbox next to it so that the user can un-check it to not actually grant that scope. Similarly, the user should be able to type in additional scopes to grant the client, in case the user's micropub endpoint requires scopes the client does not know about.

Do you have somewhere a real world use case for typing additional scopes by hand ?
