Meeting with Abi and Matt about the prolonged MV model

Main edit is to only describe variables included in the model in the document
I will look into variables used by other papers to make sure I haven't missed any.
Meeting with Matt on Monday to discuss model. I will make sure I have availability of variables ready beforehand.
