As a guardian or citizen I want to be able to see my legal rights about my information in the system so that the app is GDPR compliant #381

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A guardian and citizen should be able to obtain their legal rights about their information in the Giraf system whenever they need.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new screen where the guardians and citizen can go and see their legal rights. The legal rights can be found here: https://github.com/aau-giraf/wiki/blob/master/docs/development/security/consent.md

The screen should be reached through the settings screen by clicking on the Privatlivsinformationer button like in the prototype shown below.

By clicking on the button you should be taken to the page with the legal rights as shown in the prototype below. Note that the user might need to be able to scroll to see all of the legal rights.
