As a developer I want to know what license a file (Pictogram, sound, etc) has and where it is downloaded from because I don´t know if we are allowed to use the current files #132

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When there is a sound or pictogram file in the code or database I don´t know if we have the rights to use it. I think most of them are some sort of open free license, but there is no way for me to tell. This can be a big problem in the long run when the project is being handed from semester to semester since a license might expire.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like a wiki page with all the files that has a license including their license type and download link. This is a big undertaking since all the pictograms also fall under this category, but maybe with them you could reefer to a searchable database just containing the pictograms and saying they all fall under the same license.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We have not been able to make a time estimate since we don´t know the amount of pictograms in the application and therefor has a hard time estimating it.
