iptables: No chain/target/match by that name

This is probably due to the missing DOCKER iptables chain, since Docker isn't installed. Repeat the process again, by deploying a a Docker 1.x on 14.04 or later image from the DigitalOcean Applications tab instead: Digital Ocean Docker iptables error
