Post Code Application

This is an application which validates Post Codes. The application will create two files. Also the results are sorted by the row_id key.

Instructions

• To use the application you will need Visual Studio 2015.
• Import a file named "import_data.csv" into the solution and set the "Copy to output directory" to "Copy if newer"
• Run the Application.
• It will produce two files: "failed_validation.csv" and "succeeded_validation.csv"

Run Tests

Some of the test currently fail as asked by the task. This is fine.
