Hey there!!!! This is Abhishek Joshi 👋🤓

I'm an out and out Tech enthusiast and a recent Masters graduate in IT at Victoria University, Melbourne. I am a NIT Surathkal graduate in Computer Engineering and have previously worked as a Software Engineer at Bank of America.

I am skilled in

  • React JS/Native: This, I would say is the Primary Web/Mobile Stack I prefer working in.
  • Django: I have worked in a couple of projects with Django.
  • Flask: I have worked in a couple of University Projects involving Data Analysis with Flask.
  • Dot Net/ C#: What I used to use in Bank of America. I primarily worked on creating Windows services.
  • Laravel: I have worked in a couple of projects with Django.
  • Grails: During my internship, this was the primary stack I was working on at Deerwalk Inc.
  • Flutter: Started learning out of curiosity when it launched.
  • Xamarin: Recently, used this for one of my University Projects.
  • Kivy: Recently, used this for one of my University Projects.
  • socket.io: Used it on a number of client projects for various purposes such as chat functionality, realtime updates via an api, etc.
  • firebase: Provides complete solution to my small scale projects and yes I like it.
  • mongodb: Have recently started using it for when firebase's firestore seems a bad choice.
  • Node JS: Primarily work on Node backends to create services, schedulers, rest apis, etc.
  • JIRA, Git, CI/CD and More: Have been using these SDLC/PM/CM tools for a long long time.
  • Heroku, Pythonanywhere and More: Have been using these deployment platforms to deploy various websites.

Thanks for visiting 👋🤓
