The Windows and macOS jobs failed because LaTeX updated yesterday. Happy April Fool's Day!

Until all the mirrors update, it will continue to spuriously fail. From rstudio/tinytex#293 (comment):

The most complicated thing is the CTAN mirrors---tlmgr chooses a random (fastest) mirror each time, so you could have installed TeX Live 2021 successfully with install_tinytex(), but tlmgr_install() could install packages from another CRAN mirror that still has TeX Live 2020. Anyway, I'll look into these problems, although (a couple of days') time will cure them all.

Actually related to this PR, R CMD check is going to throw a warning as long as we have the link to the GIF file that isn't included in the package:

File ./inst/OmicNavigator.gif not found in resource path
