The watch command included in the manager does not trigger a precompile templates rebuild on change

handlebars 3+ seems to manage precompilation of handlebars templates containing precompiled partials. I have to dig in and discover how I could solve this cleanly.

Since the arrival of "dynamic partials", I have to figure it out.

Won't fix : We do dynamic template update because of each tag
