Cleaned up code and optimized.
added get_moving_average(), get_exponential_moving_average(), get_money_flow_index(), get_rate_of_change(), get_relative_strength_index()
removed get_50day_moving_average and get_200day_moving_average
modified get_historical_prices() to take datetimes for start and end dates
modified get_historical_prices() to returns lists with proper datatypes
