It is a Real Time Sentiment Analyser. It does Audio Based Analysis and provides a Report which is Analysed to extract information. It determines the current mood of customers. It aims to provide an opportunity to company to better understand their customers and their needs. It uses Natural Language Processing Algorithm to parse the input, analyse it and provide a valid sentiment.
